I can't wait for our farmers market to open up here. Only two more months!
I have a feeling I would stroll and stroll that market. Looks very interesting.
What a pretty picture! I love that blue wall.
That blue background is perfect contrast from the colours of the vegetables. Purple carrots sound interesting :p

Great photo! Love the colours and the super appetising veggies.
It looks wonderful. What did you end up making with all of these goodies?
i wish my market was open! gorgeous, gorgeous shot.
Those purple carrots are fantastic!!
When I hear market my ears ring! I like the health involved with these veggies, so good for you!! Colors are great~~
Not so often at a farmer's market do you see vegetables displayed so creatively. We have a few in Edmonton open all year long - and I could not live without them. I spend the bulk of my food budget at the market. Everything tastes better and you get to meet the people that grew it. Is anything better than that?Did you like the purple carrots? They are really pretty, but I find them woody and not very tasty at all... so, nice in a salad sliced really thin for the look. And, when they are cooked - they lose all of that beauty! Can't wait to read what you pickle!
I love the blue background against the veggies. Nice photo!Nisrine
wonderful picture. I wait for the great things to come... greatings
A Canadian Foodie: I know, I could totally live at this place, I am so thankful that it's open all year round!A while back I actually bought the multi-colour carrots (including the purple) and liked them, but yeah, I'd have to say the darker the carrot the wooder it is.
I love this picture! I look forward to getting some purple carrots one day, as they're impossible to find around here.Ciao!
I love pretty much anything heirloom, looking forward to seeing the results!
