Love waffles? I sure do! Especially when you can enjoy them on those lazy weekend days, dribbled with warm maple syrup. Weekends are the only time I make waffles, and ALWAYS with mini chocolate chips.

Seriously, waffles must be the quintessential weekend food. I just love them! Sadly, I don't have a waffle iron right now, but I think I'm going to have to rectify that. Looking at your yummy pictures has me wishing I could just run to the kitchen and make myself some!
